Fujin isn't exactly...friendly in the game, but we can assume, based on personalities, who she WOULD be friends,etc. with and who she wouldn't be. If I totally screw up my assumptions, don't be afraid to voice your opinion as well! I just make this up as I go along o.o;

Squall: I can see them maybe getting along. They're both loners and in some way connected to Seifer, hate or otherwise.

Rinoa: They seem way too different. I personally don't like Rinoa, so this may be a little biased. I'd say she seems to outgoing for Fujin, but Raijin is outgoing as well. Raijin kind grows on you, in a good way. Rinoa seems more self centered than Raijin, though. However, Seifer is extremely self centered, and seeing as she has some sort of connection with Seifer, in that aspect there wouldn't be much of a problem.

Quistis: Quistis seems very cool and collected, though fighting herself and her emotions, a lot like Fujin it seems. They also both seem like the kind of people who hopelessly follow someone regardless of what the people show them in terms of affection, so they might connect on the fact that at least they might give each other the time of day, even if no one else will.

Zell: Uh, can we say a little hyper? Yes, we can. They seem like complete opposites. But then again, so are Rinoa and Squall. I wouldn't say this is likely. It seems that Seifer hates him a lot, and Fujin tends to stay with Seifer, so that may pose a problem.

Selphie: Probably the same as Zell, I'd assume.

Irvine: I SUPPOSE she could see something desirable in him, he's very flirtatious. Fujin seems like a person who is strong, yet still insecure with herself, and that sort of attention could be welcomed, simply because it's being given.

Edea/Matron: Matron seems like a loving person, who is willing to care for anyone. Fujin may feel uncomfortable around her though, given the whole sorceress/Seifer thing.

Raijin: They already are friends, even though it seems she may hate him sometimes, I think she loves him like a brother.

Seifer: Do I even need to say anything? She would follow him to the end and back. If fact, she did.
